Welcome to Codorra. By accessing or using this platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing/selling items on Codorra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and our Submission Guidelines.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Codorra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Author Obligations

Authors must only submit items they own the rights to.
Authors warrant that their items do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Authors are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and safety of their items.
Authors grant Codorra a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute their items on the platform.

4. Buyer Rights & Licences

Each purchase grants the buyer a single-use, non-transferable licence to use the item in one end product.
Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence purchased items.
Items may be used in client projects provided only one end product is produced per licence.

5. Payments & Fees

Codorra charges a platform fee on each sale. The current fee schedule is displayed in your author earnings dashboard.
Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule outlined in your author settings.
Prices are set in USD. Currency conversion is handled by our payment processor.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally only granted where an item is materially different from its description or contains a critical defect that the author cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
Engage in fraudulent transactions or charge-back abuse.

8. Intellectual Property

Codorra's name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Codorra Ltd. You may not use them without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Codorra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codorra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
